Costumer withdrawal

​

Costumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Withdrawal

​

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without any given reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

​

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. if you have ordered one or more goods in the context of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

​

  • in which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods in a single order and these are delivered separately;

​

  • where you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hanan International GbR, Bahnhofstraße 5, 86732 Oettingen in Bayern, email address: info@hanan-international.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail or an email). Mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You can return the goods to us within 14 days after receipt. The goods must be in a perfect, unworn and undamaged original condition including tags and labels.

Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.

Please keep in mind that we put a lot of love and work into every product. Therefore, please be particularly careful when unpacking with regard to stains and scratches or other possible damage. Should the goods show stains or other damages during the return, we unfortunately cannot take back the goods.

Consequences of your cancellation 

​

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

We will bear the costs of returning the goods if you use the return label provided by us for a return shipment arranged within Germany (for returns, please contact us at info@hanan-international.com). Otherwise the return costs are to be borne by you. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. This has to happen to the following address:

We pick up non-parceled goods. You must return or hand over parcel-transportable goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. They bear the immediate costs of returning the parcel shipments and non-parcels. The cost of the return for non-parceled goods is estimated at a maximum of about 150,00 EUR. Excluded are personalized goods that have been specially designed for you.

We point out that we are not obliged to take back obviously used goods. We further point out that damage to goods caused by you may require compensation for value.
